KPETS offers the following Returns Policy:

All items are returnable for a full merchandise  refund with in 10 days of receipt. (sorry but we can not refund shipping costs). They must be in new unused condition and we must be notified prior to them being returned.  C.O.D and collect returns will not be accepted.

Report defective merchandise immediately - we will file claims when possible and replace or refund depending on the cause of the defect.

KPETS  SHIPPING POLICY

- rates quoted are for shipping in the continental US (excluding Alaska).  When ordering for shipping outside the continental US, we will email you the shipping cost for your approval before charging your credit card.

- flat rates and discounts may not apply to certain items (see item description)

Promotional Offers:  There is a limit of using 1 promotional discount code per order.  If you have multiple promotional discount codes please choose the best one for yourself and use it.

AEROSOLS  will not be available for shipping outside of the continental U.S.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY   We must match the Credit Card Billing  ZIP CODE (include this zip code in the billing address if different than the ship to address).
